REPURPOSING: Event organisers and project managers
Bring us in from the beginning of your project to help you design your project with sustainability and social purpose in mind using our sustainability consultants, or call us at the final curtain to help with surplus event materials and we will find a home for everything from graphics to giveaways, planks of wood to plants. How does the asset dissolution work?
1. TELL US WHAT YOU HAVE
Get in touch to let us know what you’ve got to donate, where it is and when you need it collected.

Detail everything you know about the items - this will help make the donation process easier. In an ideal world, we would like to know the postcode of the location of the items, when they need to be gone by, the number of items, type of item, approximate height and weight and we would like accompanying photographs where possible. Construction drawings are great too!
We will then provide a quote based for the service.
We take everything from graphics to giveaways, planks of wood to plants, from furniture to topsoil and nearly everything in between.

2. WE WILL FIND A HOME
Once we’ve agreed on a list, we will find homes for your items as quickly as we can with our network of organisations.

The earlier we know the sooner we can free you from your materials.
​
We aim to distribute items donated on a first come first serve basis but with a local first approach which means we limit the distance items have to be transported. If you, or your client, have a specific type of organisation in mind for the donation, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate the request where possible.

If we think items are going to be difficult to place or where a recycling route may be more suitable, we will let you know.

3. WE WILL TELL YOU WHERE IT WENT
When we’ve found your donations a home, we will send you a certificate to show you where your donations went. We can also write a Success Story or produce a full report too.

The Success Story will detail the full journey from event to charitable organisation or recycling facility. Find our latest Success Stories here
You can use this on your social media (don’t forget to tag us!) or you can share this with your clients. The more people know, the more people will work towards a circular, zero-waste, economy.

We can also produce a full report on the items donated, which will include the impact of the repurposing both socially and environmentally using qualitative and quantitative data.
