Before we redistribute your surplus materials, we can help you to prevent them in the first place. And where builds or purchases are necessary, we help you to design your project with social impact in mind. Whether you need a sustainability delivery framework, want to integrate a charitable organisation into your design or find second homes for your materials post-project, we're here every step of the way.
Asset Dissolution
We collect surplus materials from your projects and match them with charities, community groups, schools and social enterprises. Materials can include set pieces, props, furniture, décor, signage, plants, and more. Our team handles the full end-of-life process from logistics to reporting.

How it works for charities
From graphics to giveaways, planks of wood to plants, there’s a whole host of items waiting for a home. All charities, community groups, schools and social enterprises need to do is sign up and tell us what they need, or call us when there’s something specific we should look out for. Tell us what you need
Sign your organisation up on our system using the "Receive donations" button above and let us know what you need.
Events tend to generate a whole array of different items and materials, if it’s something specific you want us to look out for, make a note on the form or just give us a call. Find out what we do and don't accept.
We aim to distribute items on a first-come, first-served basis with a local-first approach.
Please note: Items donated have been previously used within an event setting. Therefore, items may not be provided in perfect condition.

Choose what you want
When an event takes place in your area, we will be in touch to let you know the type of items which are
left over.
We will send out an email "Donation Alert" to all organisations in the area that have requested the types of materials the event has to donate.
If you are interested in any of the items, all you need to do is let us know, and we will reserve them for you.
We will organise the delivery of the items to your location, and advise of any loading requirements that may be needed.

We are working towards a zero-waste circular economy and the more people know about what we do, the more we can do.
Once you've received your items, enjoy!
If you can, please send us some images of the items in use, or tag us on your social media. We are working towards a zero-waste tv, events and film industry, and the more people know about it, the more donations we will receive and redistribute.
And don’t forget to update your requests as they change, just log in to the Event Cycle website using the login above and go to "My Account"
