Their services and capabilities are delivered by an in-house team, with expertise covering sponsorship identification, management and activation; social media 360 services, live & digital experience; influencer & creator marketing; media partnerships and branded content & production, enabling them to create and deliver truly 360, integrated campaigns whatever the brief. They ensure to prioritise ethics, sustainability, and inclusiveness throughout their work.

As part of their commitment to sustainability, the team wanted to make sure one of their client’s latest exhibition stands didn’t go to waste or recycling but instead had a longer life and a social impact after the event was done. Havas Play UK generously donated the structure of their latest EE exhibition stand, including wood sheets and Skybond to a local Scout group through Event Cycle. The stand was originally created for EE's rebrand campaign, a significant marketing effort that included TV, cinema, out-of-home, print, radio, social, and experiential elements.

The structural pieces were transported 10 miles down the road to Cheadle Scouts. The materials will be used by the Scout Centre in Heald Green to clad and support the Scout's air rifle range.

Engaging in air rifle shooting activities nurtures a diverse set of skills for the Scouts that take part. As well as developing keen marksmanship, demanding precision and accuracy, the sport also hones concentration, patience, and control, as shooters maintain focus and wait for opportune moments. The activities and games help build confidence and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team too.

A worthy destination for a mobile exhibition stand - all instead of ending up in the bin.
